- Reindeer meat – 
- Red bell pepper – 
- Onion – 
- Canned tomatoes – 
- Juniper – 
- Nigella – 
- Thyme – 
- Pickled cucumbers – 
- Bulgur groats –     
Cooking instructions
- Cut bell pepper and onion,
- Fry the onion, add bell pepper, meat and spices.
- Add a glass of water and simmer for half n hour. 
- Serve with bulgur groats and pickled cucumbers.
