Cooking instructions
- Wash chicken legs and marinate (soy sauce, a clove of garlic, lime juice, sweet peppers, olive oil, saffron, pinch of cinnamon and ginger, sea salt).
- Bake in the baking sleeve.
- Add vegetables (carrot, onion, leek, mung bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, colorful peppers, chives).
- Serve with jasmine rice, pickled peppers and cucumber.
