Cauliflower salad with raisins and chives

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1/2 pieces
  • Raisins - 1 - 2 handful
  • Almond flakes - 1 handful
  • Chive - 1 handful
  • Olive oil - 4 spoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 2 spoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 spoons
  • Parsley - 1 handful
  • Cinnamon - 1 pinches
  • Cayenne pepper - 1 pinches

Cooking instructions

  • Cook half a cauliflower. Then drain it and put it into a bowl.
  • Add 1-2 handfuls of raisins and a handful of flaked almonds.
  • Chop chives and add to the salad.
  • Prepare the dip: 4 spoons of olive oil, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 spoons of lemon juice, a handful of finely chopped parsley, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix all carefully and combine with the salad.
