Cauliflower salad with raisins and chives

Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1/2 pieces
- Raisins - 1 - 2 handful
- Almond flakes - 1 handful
- Chive - 1 handful
- Olive oil - 4 spoons
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 spoons
- Lemon juice - 2 spoons
- Parsley - 1 handful
- Cinnamon - 1 pinches
- Cayenne pepper - 1 pinches
Cooking instructions
- Cook half a cauliflower. Then drain it and put it into a bowl.
- Add 1-2 handfuls of raisins and a handful of flaked almonds.
- Chop chives and add to the salad.
- Prepare the dip: 4 spoons of olive oil, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 spoons of lemon juice, a handful of finely chopped parsley, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix all carefully and combine with the salad.
