Ingredients

  • Cauliflower –
  • Raisins –
  • Almond flakes –
  • Chive –
  • Olive oil –
  • Balsamic vinegar –
  • Lemon juice –
  • Parsley –
  • Cinnamon –
  • Cayenne pepper –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook half a cauliflower. Then drain it and put it into a bowl.
  • Add 1-2 handfuls of raisins and a handful of flaked almonds.
  • Chop chives and add to the salad.
  • Prepare the dip: 4 spoons of olive oil, 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 spoons of lemon juice, a handful of finely chopped parsley, a pinch of cinnamon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix all carefully and combine with the salad.
