Risotto with smoked salmon and strawberry sauce

	Ingredients
    
     
- Brown rice – 
 - Strawberries – 
 - Balsamic vinegar – 
 - Smoked salmon – 
 - Papaya – 
 - Shallot – 
 - Coconut milk –     
 
    Cooking instructions
- Cook brown rice.
 - Wash strawberries, overcook and add balsamic vinegar.
 - Mince smoked salmon.
 - Cut papaya finely (1/3 can).
 - Fry shallots, add the rice at the end of cooking, 2 spoons of coconut milk, and papaya. Simmer until water evaporates.
 - Put risotto on plates, then arrange the salmon pieces and pour strawberries sauce.
