Cooking instructions

  • Cook brown rice.
  • Wash strawberries, overcook and add balsamic vinegar.
  • Mince smoked salmon.
  • Cut papaya finely (1/3 can).
  • Fry shallots, add the rice at the end of cooking, 2 spoons of coconut milk, and papaya. Simmer until water evaporates.
  • Put risotto on plates, then arrange the salmon pieces and pour strawberries sauce.
