Cream tomato soup with an orange flavour

- Parsley –

- Canned tomatoes –

- Tomato paste –

- Black pepper –

Cooking instructions
- Fry onion.
- Peel and cut carrots and parsley into small pieces.
- Boil the vegetables. When they are soft remove part of the water, add a few fresh tomatoes, canned tomatoes, freshly squeezed orange juice, and 2-3 teaspoons of tomatoe passata. Then blend everything into a smooth mass.
- Add to taste basil, black pepper, garlic, thyme, and 2 spoons of olive oil.
- Cook for approximately 30 minutes until soup thickens.
