Brown rice with vegetable sauce

- Brown rice –
- Red onion –
- Garlic –
- Carrot –
- Napa cabbage –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Soy sauce –
- Ginger –
- Sweet pepper –
- Bamboo shoots –
Cooking instructions
- Cook brown rice.
- Cut red onion finely and fry with garlic.
- Cut carrot into slices, shred napa cabbage and add it to the onion.
- Add half a can of tomatoes and 2 spoons of soy sauce.
- Season to taste with ginger and paprika.
- At the end of cooking add 2 spoons of bamboo shoots.
