  • Brown rice –
  • Red onion –
  • Garlic –
  • Carrot –
  • Napa cabbage –
  • Canned tomatoes –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Ginger –
  • Sweet pepper –
  • Bamboo shoots –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook brown rice.
  • Cut red onion finely and fry with garlic.
  • Cut carrot into slices, shred napa cabbage and add it to the onion.
  • Add half a can of tomatoes and 2 spoons of soy sauce.
  • Season to taste with ginger and paprika.
  • At the end of cooking add 2 spoons of bamboo shoots.
