Ingredients

  • Leek –
  • Garlic –
  • Red bell pepper –
  • Canned tomatoes –
  • Agave syrup –
  • Allspice –
  • Baisl halloumi cheese –
  • Spelt pasta –

Cooking instructions

  • Fry leek and garlic.
  • Add chopped peppers and a can of tomatoes. Stew all together.
  • Add a spoon of agave syrup and a little bit of allspice, then sauté.
  • Grill basil halloumi (natural halloumi is also suitable if it is pre-marinated).
  • Cook spelled pasta (100g/2 portions). Then drain and mix with stewed vegetables.
  • Serve halloumi on vegetables with pasta.
