Basil Halloumi with pasta in tomato

- Red bell pepper –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Agave syrup –
- Allspice –
- Baisl halloumi cheese –
- Spelt pasta –
Cooking instructions
- Fry leek and garlic.
- Add chopped peppers and a can of tomatoes. Stew all together.
- Add a spoon of agave syrup and a little bit of allspice, then sauté.
- Grill basil halloumi (natural halloumi is also suitable if it is pre-marinated).
- Cook spelled pasta (100g/2 portions). Then drain and mix with stewed vegetables.
- Serve halloumi on vegetables with pasta.
