Curry salmon with a light salad

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet -
  • Canned tomatoes -
  • Onion -
  • Lime juice -
  • Olive oil -
  • Curry -
  • Turmeric -
  • Coriander -
  • Cayenne pepper -

Cooking instructions

  • Fry onion.
  • Add diced salmon and fry it.
  • Add tomatoes, juice of ½ lemon, a spoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of curry and turmeric, a pinch of coriander and cayenne pepper.
  • Mix all well and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Salad: napa cabbage, carrot, Greek yogurt, black pepper.
