Cooking instructions

  • Dough:
    • a glass of wheat flour and a glass of wholemeal flour, 2 eggs, a spoon of olive oil, milk, water, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of basil and oregano, a pinch of paprika and curry.
  • Stuffing:
    • Sauté onion and add water. Add mushrooms, paprika, 2 spoons of tomato passata or canned tomatoes, parsley, basil, and herb pepper.
    • Simmer to evaporate excess water.
    • Serve eg. with mozzarella.
