Wheat - wholemeal pancakes with vegetables

- Tomato passata –

Cooking instructions
- Dough:
- a glass of wheat flour and a glass of wholemeal flour, 2 eggs, a spoon of olive oil, milk, water, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of basil and oregano, a pinch of paprika and curry.
- Stuffing:
- Sauté onion and add water. Add mushrooms, paprika, 2 spoons of tomato passata or canned tomatoes, parsley, basil, and herb pepper.
- Simmer to evaporate excess water.
- Serve eg. with mozzarella.
