Ingredients

  • Chicken leg - 4 pieces
  • Carrot - 4 pieces
  • Parsley - 1 pieces
  • Celery - 1/3 pieces
  • Onion - 3 pieces
  • Balsamic vinegar - 3 spoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoons
  • Parsley - 1 teaspoons
  • Allspice - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Cheese - 1 handful
  • Olive oil - 1 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Prepare a meat broth with chicken and vegetables.
  • Fry onion, then sauté 15 minutes with balsamic vinegar.
  • Add broth to the stewed onions, season and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Serve, for example, with grated cheese, croutons, and fresh parsley.
