Cooking instructions
- Prepare a meat broth with chicken and vegetables.
- Fry onion, then sauté 15 minutes with balsamic vinegar.
- Add broth to the stewed onions, season and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve, for example, with grated cheese, croutons, and fresh parsley.
