Ingredients
- Chicken leg - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 4 pieces
- Parsley - 1 pieces
- Celery - 1/3 pieces
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Balsamic vinegar - 3 spoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Oregano - 1 teaspoons
- Parsley - 1 teaspoons
- Allspice - 1/2 teaspoons
- Cheese - 1 handful
- Olive oil - 1 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Prepare a meat broth with chicken and vegetables.
- Fry onion, then sauté 15 minutes with balsamic vinegar.
- Add broth to the stewed onions, season and cook for approx. 20 minutes.
- Serve, for example, with grated cheese, croutons, and fresh parsley.
