Cooking instructions

  • Cut zucchini into half and hollow it
  • Blanch the zucchini in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Chop onion and fry with garlic.
  • Add minced turkey meat and drained spinach, fry briefly, then add water and simmer everything together.
  • Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, juice of ½ lemon, a spoon of soy sauce, a spoon of agave syrup, half a teaspoon of cumin and paprika.
  • Simmer for a while.
  • Stuff zucchini, place mozzarella slices on top, and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
