Zucchini stuffed with turkey, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes

- Turkey minced meat –
- Spinach –

- Lemon juice –
- Soy sauce –
- Agave syrup –

Cooking instructions
- Cut zucchini into half and hollow it
- Blanch the zucchini in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Chop onion and fry with garlic.
- Add minced turkey meat and drained spinach, fry briefly, then add water and simmer everything together.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, juice of ½ lemon, a spoon of soy sauce, a spoon of agave syrup, half a teaspoon of cumin and paprika.
- Simmer for a while.
- Stuff zucchini, place mozzarella slices on top, and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
