Cooking instructions
- Cook quinoa.
- Fry onion, add the remaining vegetables and sauté together.
- Season the vegetables and add coconut milk and soy sauce.
- At the end of cooking add bamboo shoots.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
