Cooking instructions

  • Shashlik
    • Mix meat with egg, spices, and grits.
    • Set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes.
    • Form balls, stick on skewer sticks, alternating with chunks of peppers and onions.
    • Meatballs can also be coated in sesame and sprinkled with oregano or sweet pepper.
    • Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Salad
    • Grate carrot, add sliced other vegetables, add the sauce and mix.
