Ingredients

Cooking instructions

  • Divide cauliflower into florets, boil in lightly salted water al dente. Drain.
  • Season the meat, add egg, and semolina. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Cover cauliflower florets with minced meat, so as to form balls. Place florets in a casserole dish or on a baking tray keeping them separated.
  • Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
  • I served with pickles.
