Cauliflower covered with turkey minced meat

- Eggs –
- Semolina –

- Pickles –
Cooking instructions
- Divide cauliflower into florets, boil in lightly salted water al dente. Drain.
- Season the meat, add egg, and semolina. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Cover cauliflower florets with minced meat, so as to form balls. Place florets in a casserole dish or on a baking tray keeping them separated.
- Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- I served with pickles.
