Cooking instructions

  • Prepare broth.
  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • When the broth is ready remove vegetables from it.
  • Add red lentils, the onion with garlic to the broth.
  • Boil for 25-30 minutes until lentils soften.
  • Meanwhile add tomato passata, sweet pepper, cumin, and olive oil.
