- Buckwheat groats - 100 g
- Red bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
- Green bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
- Red onion - 1 pieces

Cooking instructions
- Boil buckwheat groats.
- Cut onion, red and green bell pepper.
