Blueberries pie on shortcrust pastry

Ingredients
- Rice flour -
- Stevia -
- Natural yogurt -
- Egg yolks -
- Blueberries -
- Potato flour -
- Egg whites -
- Stevia -
Cooking instructions
- Shortcrusty pastry
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Transfer to a baking mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Set the base aside and let it cool down.
- Fruity layer
- Wash blueberries, dry and mix with potato flour.
- Transfer blueberries to the baking mold and lay them on top of the bottom layer.
- Top layer
- Beat egg whites with stevia.
- Top bluberry layer with the beaten egg whites.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Switch off the oven and wait for 15 minutes before removing the cake - this will prevent the top layer from getting soft.
- Finally remove the cake from the oven and let it chill before serving.
