Ingredients

  • Cake

Cooking instructions

  • Shortcrusty pastry
    • Mix all the ingredients.
    • Transfer to a baking mold.
    • Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
    • Set the base aside and let it cool down.
  • Fruity layer
    • Wash blueberries, dry and mix with potato flour.
    • Transfer blueberries to the baking mold and lay them on top of the bottom layer.
  • Top layer
    • Beat egg whites with stevia.
    • Top bluberry layer with the beaten egg whites.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Switch off the oven and wait for 15 minutes before removing the cake - this will prevent the top layer from getting soft.
  • Finally remove the cake from the oven and let it chill before serving.
