Cooking instructions

  • Salmon
    • Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice, season with lemon pepper, dill, and oregano.
    • Fry the fish in a little bit of coconut oil.
  • Vegetable sauce
    • Boil carrot, parsnip, and celery with leek, seasones, and tomato passata until soft.
    • Blend boiled vegetables with a spoon of yogurt.
  • Extras
    • Blanche broccoli.
    • Boil potatoes.
    • Cut tomatoes and serve with yogurt.
