Cooking instructions

  • Boil brown rice.
  • Cut all the vegetables.
  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • Add bell pepper, zucchini, harissa, dill, and coriander. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Add shrimps.
  • Pour broth (can be replaced with water), olive oil, and lime juice.
