Cooking instructions
- Fritters
- Mix dried yeast with water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Mix fritters ingredients together with yeast and water.
- Peel and grate apple and pears.
- Add the grated fruits and cinnamon to the mass.
- Fry on both sides until golden-brown.
- Mousse
- Boil blackberries with raspberries, then blend them.
- Optionally add honey or sugar cane or stevia to sweeten the mousse.
