Ingredients

  • Chicken breast –

  • Cheese –
  • Garlic –
  • Basil –
  • Oregano –

  • Cauliflower –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut each chicken breast transversly, but not through.
  • Season the meat.
  • Place sliced tomato, a piece of cheese, pressed garlic, and oregano into each chicken pocket.
  • Roll the meat and secure with toothpicks.
  • Fry under cover on a drop of olive oil.
  • Boil cauliflower and broccoli al dente.
  • Serve with stewed tomato slices.
