Chicken rolls with tomatoes and cheese

- Chicken breast –
- Tomato –
- Cheese –
- Garlic –
- Basil –
- Oregano –
- Sweet pepper –
- Cauliflower –
- Broccoli –
- Olive oil –
- Black pepper –
Cooking instructions
- Cut each chicken breast transversly, but not through.
- Season the meat.
- Place sliced tomato, a piece of cheese, pressed garlic, and oregano into each chicken pocket.
- Roll the meat and secure with toothpicks.
- Fry under cover on a drop of olive oil.
- Boil cauliflower and broccoli al dente.
