Ingredients

  • Mushroom tagliatelle pasta - 120 g
  • Minced chicken meat - 200 g
  • Onion - 1/2 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 pinches
  • Olive oil - 1 spoons
  • Ginger - 1 pinches
  • Cayenne pepper - 1 pinches
  • Black pepper - 1 pinches
  • Cinnamon - 1 pinches
  • Dried plums - 8 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 pieces

Cooking instructions

  • Boil pasta al dente.
  • Cut dried plums and onion.
  • Fry the onion with garlic.
  • Add minced chicken meat and fry for a while.
  • Add dried plums, olive oil, ginger, Cayenne pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, an lemon juice.
  • Add half a glass of water.
