Mushroom tagliatelle with dried plums and minced meat

Ingredients
- Mushroom tagliatelle pasta - 120 g
- Minced chicken meat - 200 g
- Onion - 1/2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 pinches
- Olive oil - 1 spoons
- Ginger - 1 pinches
- Cayenne pepper - 1 pinches
- Black pepper - 1 pinches
- Cinnamon - 1 pinches
- Dried plums - 8 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1/2 pieces
Cooking instructions
- Boil pasta al dente.
- Cut dried plums and onion.
- Fry the onion with garlic.
- Add minced chicken meat and fry for a while.
- Add dried plums, olive oil, ginger, Cayenne pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, an lemon juice.
- Add half a glass of water.
- Stew everything until water evaporates.
- Serve with boiled pasta and fresh basil.
