- Mushroom tagliatelle pasta –
- Minced chicken meat –
- Onion –
- Garlic –
- Olive oil –
- Ginger –
- Cayenne pepper –
- Black pepper –
- Cinnamon –
- Dried plums –
- Lemon juice –
Cooking instructions
- Boil pasta al dente.
- Cut dried plums and onion.
- Fry the onion with garlic.
- Add minced chicken meat and fry for a while.
- Add dried plums, olive oil, ginger, Cayenne pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, an lemon juice.
- Add half a glass of water.
- Stew everything until water evaporates.
- Serve with boiled pasta and fresh basil.
