- Almond flakes –
- Desiccated coconut –
- Rice flour –
- Eggs –
- Butter –
- Kefir –
- Maple syrup –
Cooking instructions
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Put 1/3 of the mass aside, and lay the remaining 2/3 on the bottom of the form.
- Decorate the top with sliced plums.
- Use the remaining mass to make the top of the pie.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
