  • Desiccated coconut –
  • Rice flour –
  • Eggs –
  • Butter –
  • Kefir –
  • Maple syrup –

Cooking instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Put 1/3 of the mass aside, and lay the remaining 2/3 on the bottom of the form.
  • Decorate the top with sliced plums.
  • Use the remaining mass to make the top of the pie.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
