Red lentil with spinach

Ingredients
- Red lentil –
- Onion –
- Garlic –
- Dried tomatoes –
- Red bell pepper –
- Spinach –
- Marinated artichokes –
- Olive oil –
- Almond flakes –
- Harissa –
- Sweet pepper –
- Allspice –
Cooking instructions
- Boil red lentil.
- Fry onion with garlic.
- Cut tomatoes, bell pepper, and artichokes.
- Add spinach to the onion, and fry a while.
- Add the tomatoes, belle pepper, harissa, sweet pepper, allspice, and a half glass of water.
- Mix all the ingredients and stew until water evaporates.
- At the end of stewing add the artichokes and mix them.
- Serve with lentil, sprinkled with almond flakes.
