  • Red lentil –
  • Onion –
  • Garlic –
  • Dried tomatoes –
  • Red bell pepper –
  • Spinach –
  • Marinated artichokes –
  • Olive oil –
  • Almond flakes –
  • Harissa –
  • Sweet pepper –
  • Allspice –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil red lentil.
  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • Cut tomatoes, bell pepper, and artichokes.
  • Add spinach to the onion, and fry a while.
  • Add the tomatoes, belle pepper, harissa, sweet pepper, allspice, and a half glass of water.
  • Mix all the ingredients and stew until water evaporates.
  • At the end of stewing add the artichokes and mix them.
  • Serve with lentil, sprinkled with almond flakes.
