- Pork tenderloins -
- Onion -
- Garlic -
- Marjoram -
- Rosemary -
- Sweet pepper -
- Bay leaf -
- Chanterelle -
- Greek yogurt -
- Black pasta -
Cooking instructions
- Slice pork tenderloins.
- Fry the meat with cut onion.
- Season wit garlic, marjoram, rosemary, sweet pepper, and bay leafs.
- Clean chanterelles.
- Add the chanterelles to the meat, fry everything for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Greek yogurt.
- Stew for 15-20 minutes.
- Cook pasta.
- Serve the pork tenderloins with boiled pasta.
