Ingredients

  • Turkey breast –
  • Eggs –
  • Millet flakes –
  • Broccoli –
  • Sweet pepper –
  • Dill –
  • Rapeseed oil –
  • White pepper –
  • Turmeric –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil broccoli.
  • Pour water to millet flakes and set aside until soft.
  • Cut turkey breasts transversely along and season them.
  • Grill the meat.
  • Sprinkle the meat with dill and herbs.
  • Fry eggs under cover for 2 minutes.
  • Prepared eggs transfer on the top of the turkey meat being grilled.
  • Heat for another minute to combine egg with turkey.
