Turkey breast with fried egg

- Turkey breast –
- Eggs –
- Millet flakes –
- Broccoli –
- Sweet pepper –
- Dill –
- Rapeseed oil –
- White pepper –
- Turmeric –
Cooking instructions
- Boil broccoli.
- Pour water to millet flakes and set aside until soft.
- Cut turkey breasts transversely along and season them.
- Grill the meat.
- Sprinkle the meat with dill and herbs.
- Fry eggs under cover for 2 minutes.
- Prepared eggs transfer on the top of the turkey meat being grilled.
- Heat for another minute to combine egg with turkey.
