Cooking instructions

  1. Gyros spices mix
    • Mix all the spices thoroughly.
  2. Meat
    • Deboning chicken legs:
    • Remove the skin from chicken.
    • Cut open the muscles and tendons at the head of the bone and cut further along the bone.
    • Carefully separate the entire bone and cartilage from the meat.
    • Deboned chicken legs cut into cubes, marinate with a spoon of rapeseed oil and gyros spice.
    • Fry the meat covered.
  3. Cut ushrooms into thick slices and fry.
  4. Salad
    • Grate carrot.
    • Cut other vegetables finely.
    • Add linseed, rapeseed oil, dill, oregano, and lemon juice or vinegar.
    • Mix everything thoroughly.
