Cooking instructions
- Gyros spices mix
- Mix all the spices thoroughly.
- Meat
- Deboning chicken legs:
- Remove the skin from chicken.
- Cut open the muscles and tendons at the head of the bone and cut further along the bone.
- Carefully separate the entire bone and cartilage from the meat.
- Deboned chicken legs cut into cubes, marinate with a spoon of rapeseed oil and gyros spice.
- Fry the meat covered.
- Cut ushrooms into thick slices and fry.

- Grate carrot.
- Cut other vegetables finely.
- Add linseed, rapeseed oil, dill, oregano, and lemon juice or vinegar.
