Cooking instructions
- Fish
- Remove scales and entrails from the fish.
- Slice the fish.
- Sprinkle the fish with lemon pepper and sea salt.
- Fry the fish on rapeseed oil.
- Salad
- Grate carrot.
- Cut the remaining vegetables.
- Mix everything with oil, vinegar, and dill.
