  • Fish
  • Pike - 1 pieces
  • Rapeseed oil - 1 teaspoons
  • Lemon pepper - 1 pinches
  • Sea salt - 1 pinches
  • Salad
  • Napa cabbage - 1/2 pieces
  • Carrot - 1/2 pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
  • Orange bell pepper - 1/2 pieces
  • Pickled cucumbers - 4 pieces
  • Rapeseed oil - 1 teaspoons
  • White wine vinegar - 1 teaspoons
  • Dill - 2 pinches

Cooking instructions

  • Fish
    • Remove scales and entrails from the fish.
    • Slice the fish.
    • Sprinkle the fish with lemon pepper and sea salt.
    • Fry the fish on rapeseed oil.
  • Salad
    • Grate carrot.
    • Cut the remaining vegetables.
    • Mix everything with oil, vinegar, and dill.
    • Set aside to the fridge to cool it down.
