Cooking instructions

  • Fish
    • Remove scales and entrails from the fish.
    • Slice the fish.
    • Sprinkle the fish with lemon pepper and sea salt.
    • Fry the fish on rapeseed oil.
  • Salad
    • Grate carrot.
    • Cut the remaining vegetables.
    • Mix everything with oil, vinegar, and dill.
    • Set aside to the fridge to cool it down.
