Salad with grilled halloumi

Ingredients
- Halloumi -
- Lettuce -
- Cucumber -
- Smoked salmon -
- Parsley -
- Lemon -
- Mint -
- Black pepper -
- Optional salt -
Cooking instructions
- Slice halloumi and grill it for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
- Prepare salad.
- Tear lettuce leaves.
- Peel and slice cucumber.
- Shred salmon.
- Chop fresh parsley, or use dried one.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Add lemon juice, mint, pepper, and salt.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Serve with halloumi on the salad.
