Ingredients

  • Halloumi -
  • Salad
  • Lettuce -
  • Cucumber -
  • Smoked salmon -
  • Parsley -
  • Lemon -
  • Mint -

Cooking instructions

  • Slice halloumi and grill it for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
  • Prepare salad.
    • Tear lettuce leaves.
    • Peel and slice cucumber.
    • Shred salmon.
    • Chop fresh parsley, or use dried one.
    • Combine all the ingredients.
    • Add lemon juice, mint, pepper, and salt.
    • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve with halloumi on the salad.
