Spaghetti with yogurt-cheese sauce

Ingredients
- Whole grain spaghetti –
- Turkey ham –
- Greek yogurt 10% –
- Red onion –
- Emmentaler cheese –
- Egg yolks –
- Olive oil –
- Black pepper –
- Parsley –
Cooking instructions
- Boil pasta.
- Chop onion and cut ham, then fry both briefly on olive oil.
- Grate cheese.
- Mix yogurt (3-4 spoons) with greated cheese and egg yolk.
- Add the sauce to the pan and keep on low heat constantly mixing until the sauce reaches smooth consistency.
- Add a bit of pepper.
- Mix the boiled pasta with the prepared sauce.
- Serve sprinked with fresh parsley.
