Ingredients

  • Whole grain spaghetti –
  • Turkey ham –
  • Greek yogurt 10% –
  • Red onion –
  • Emmentaler cheese –
  • Egg yolks –
  • Olive oil –
  • Black pepper –
  • Parsley –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil pasta.
  • Chop onion and cut ham, then fry both briefly on olive oil.
  • Grate cheese.
  • Mix yogurt (3-4 spoons) with greated cheese and egg yolk.
  • Add the sauce to the pan and keep on low heat constantly mixing until the sauce reaches smooth consistency.
  • Add a bit of pepper.
  • Mix the boiled pasta with the prepared sauce.
  • Serve sprinked with fresh parsley.
