  • Fish
  • Salmon fillet -
  • Lemon pepper -
  • Parsley -
  • Dill -

  • Sauce
  • Natural yogurt -
  • Milk -
  • Broccoli -
  • Green beans -
  • Black pepper -

Cooking instructions

  • Fish
    • Cut salmon into a few smaller pieces.
    • Season with lemon pepper, parsley, dill, sweet pepper, and lemon juice.
    • Wrap each piece in aluminum foil.
    • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
    • Grind baked salmon.
  • Boil pasta according to instructions on the package.
  • Divide broccoli to florets and boil them al dente with green beans.
  • Sauce
    • Pour yogurt and milk to a pot.
    • Add drained vegetables and pepper.
    • Stew for a while.
    • Add the salmon pieces.
  • Serve with pasta.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
