Cooking instructions
- Crush the fish and remove the bones.
- Boil barley and green beans.
- Grate cheese.
- Mix boiled barley with the fish, tomatoes, harissa, green beans, savory, dired onion, and grated cheese.
- Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to a casserole dish.
- Arrange mozzarella slices on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
