- Minced chicken meat -
- Red quinoa -
- Onion -
- Garlic -
- Red bell pepper -
- Canned tomatoes -
- Tomato passata -
- Harissa -
- Lime juice -
- Olive oil -
Cooking instructions
- Boil quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
- Chop onion and bell pepper finely.
- Crush garlic clove.
- Fry onion with garlic.
- Add meat and fry for a while.
- Add the bell pepper, canned tomatoes, harissa, lime juice, and olive oil.
- Mix everything together.
- Stew for 20-25 minutes until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Serve quinoa or alternatively rice with the sauce
