Cooking instructions
- Bottom:
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Transfer the mass to a tart dish.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 1st layer:
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Arrange the 1st layer on cold bottom.
- Set to the fridge for an hour.
- 2nd layer:
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and let it cool down.
- Mix quark with cold gelatin, lemon juice, and powdered sugar cane.
- Lay out the prepared mass of the previous layer.
- Extras:
- Sprinkle with goji berries, raisins, and almond flakes.
- Set aside to the fridge until fully concentrated.
