Cooking instructions

  • Bottom:
    • Blend all the ingredients.
    • Transfer the mass to a tart dish.
    • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 1st layer:
    • Blend all the ingredients.
    • Arrange the 1st layer on cold bottom.
    • Set to the fridge for an hour.
  • 2nd layer:
    • Dissolve gelatin in hot water and let it cool down.
    • Mix quark with cold gelatin, lemon juice, and powdered sugar cane.
    • Lay out the prepared mass of the previous layer.
