Cooking instructions

  • Boil rice according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut chicken breasts into cubes.
  • Mix the meat with sweet pepper and cinnamon.
  • Chop onion and mushrooms finely.
  • Fry onion.
  • Add the mushrooms and chicken, then fry a while.
  • Pour broth (can be replaced with water) and stew for 20 minutes.
  • Add coriander, cardamon, and raisins.
  • At the end of stewing add sesame oil and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Serve with boiled rice.
