Ingredients
- Spinach lasagne pasta -
- Salmon fillet -
- Zucchini -
- Sauerkraut -
- Lemon juice -
- Emmentaler cheese -
- Olive oil -
Cooking instructions
- Smear casserole dish with olive oil.
- Grate zucchini.
- Cut salmon into thin slices.
- Grate cheese.
- Put 3 pasta sheets in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil.
- Arrange half of the salmon, then cover it with sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
- Arrange another 3 sheets of pasta.
- Arrange remaining salmon and grated zucchini.
- Put the last three sheets of pasta on top and smear them with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
