Ingredients

  • Spinach lasagne pasta -
  • Salmon fillet -
  • Zucchini -
  • Sauerkraut -
  • Lemon juice -
  • Emmentaler cheese -
  • Olive oil -

Cooking instructions

  • Smear casserole dish with olive oil.
  • Grate zucchini.
  • Cut salmon into thin slices.
  • Grate cheese.
  • Put 3 pasta sheets in the casserole dish. Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil.
  • Arrange half of the salmon, then cover it with sauerkraut.
  • Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
  • Arrange another 3 sheets of pasta.
  • Arrange remaining salmon and grated zucchini.
  • Put the last three sheets of pasta on top and smear them with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
