Ingredients

  • Tofu -
  • Olive oil -
  • Soy sauce -
  • Favorite herbs -
  • Red onion -
  • Brown mushrooms -
  • Water -
  • Noodles -
  • Marinated artichokes -

Cooking instructions

  • Cut tofu into cubes and marinate with olive oil, soy sauce, and spices.
  • Set aside to the fridge for a few hours.
  • Cut red onion and brown mushrooms.
  • Fry the onion, add the mushrooms and mix.
  • Add tofu.
  • Pour water and soy sauce.
  • Boil water in a second pot. When it starts to boil remove the pot from the stove and add Mie pasta and wait for the duration specified on the package.
  • Add prepared pasta to the stewing tofu and mix everything thoroughly.
  • At the and of stewing add cut artichokes.
