Tofu with mie pasta

Ingredients
- Tofu –
- Olive oil –
- Soy sauce –
- Favorite herbs –
- Red onion –
- Brown mushrooms –
- Water –
- Noodles –
- Marinated artichokes –
Cooking instructions
- Cut tofu into cubes and marinate with olive oil, soy sauce, and spices.
- Set aside to the fridge for a few hours.
- Cut red onion and brown mushrooms.
- Fry the onion, add the mushrooms and mix.
- Add tofu.
- Pour water and soy sauce.
- Boil water in a second pot. When it starts to boil remove the pot from the stove and add Mie pasta and wait for the duration specified on the package.
- Add prepared pasta to the stewing tofu and mix everything thoroughly.
- At the and of stewing add cut artichokes.
