- Green lentil –
- Cauliflower –
- Macadamia nut oil –
- Eggs –
- Pumpkin seeds –
Cooking instructions
- Boil green lentils.
- Divide cauliflower into florets and steam boil.
- Fry eggs.
- Transfer boiled lentils to plates, then add cauliflower mixed with macadamia nut oil, finally add fried eggs.
- Serve sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
