- Millet flour –
- Spelt bran –
- Sugar cane –
- Eggs –
- Kefir –
- Spirulina –
- Quark –
- Gelatin –
- Hot water –
- Banana –
- Cranberry –
- Gooseberry jelly –
- Canned pineapple –
- Peach –
Cooking instructions
- Bottom:
- Blend everything.
- Transfer the mass to a mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Set aside and let it cool down.
- Mass:
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and set aside to cool down.
- Blend all the ingredients and put the mass on the prepared bottom.
- Set to the fridge until gely solidifies.
- Top layer:
- Prepare jelly.
- Arrange fruits on the solidified cheese mass.
- When gelly is cold pour it gently on top to cover fruits.
