Cooking instructions

  • Boil buckwheat groats.
  • Fry cut chicken breast.
  • Stew mushrooms.
  • Add the mushrooms to the breast. Add bell pepper, allspice, and savory. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with corn starch, and lemon juice. Add the Greek yogurt mix to the stewing chicken. Stir continuously.
  • Stew everything until sauce reaches desired consistency.
  • Serve with fresh parsley.
