Ingredients

  • Cake
  • Rice flour - 100 g
  • Buckwheat flour - 100 g
  • Olive oil - 1 spoons
  • Dried yeast - 11 g
  • Sugar - 1 spoons
  • Hot water - 3/4 glasses
  • Sauce
  • Tomato - 2 pieces
  • Capers - 2 spoons
  • Basil - 1 teaspoons
  • Extras
  • Tuna - 1/2 cans
  • Agaricus mushrooms - 4 - 5 pieces
  • Emmentaler cheese - 2 handful
  • Parsley - 2 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Dissolve dried yeast with sugar in hot water.
  • Mix flours and add dissolved yeast and olive oil.
  • Knead the dough.
  • Prepare tomato sauce.
    • Blend tomatoes with capers and basil.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them out.
  • Smear each dough part with tomato sauce.
  • Put pieces of tuna, mushrooms, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
