Ingredients
- Rice flour - 100 g
- Buckwheat flour - 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 spoons
- Dried yeast - 11 g
- Sugar - 1 spoons
- Hot water - 3/4 glasses
- Tomato - 2 pieces
- Capers - 2 spoons
- Basil - 1 teaspoons
- Tuna - 1/2 cans
- Agaricus mushrooms - 4 - 5 pieces
- Emmentaler cheese - 2 handful
- Parsley - 2 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Dissolve dried yeast with sugar in hot water.
- Mix flours and add dissolved yeast and olive oil.
- Knead the dough.
- Prepare tomato sauce.
- Blend tomatoes with capers and basil.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them out.
- Smear each dough part with tomato sauce.
- Put pieces of tuna, mushrooms, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
