Cooking instructions

  • Dissolve dried yeast with sugar in hot water.
  • Mix flours and add dissolved yeast and olive oil.
  • Knead the dough.
  • Prepare tomato sauce.
    • Blend tomatoes with capers and basil.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them out.
  • Smear each dough part with tomato sauce.
  • Put pieces of tuna, mushrooms, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
